Ruslan Verin, a cycling traveler from Odessa, has finally returned to South Palmyra after a long journey.
Street of the homeless in Los Angeles, he was met by relatives, friends and residents of Odessa, who are proud of the accomplishments of a fellow countryman. On October 19 last year, Ruslan left the northernmost point of Alaska, the town of Pradho Bay (outside the Arctic Circle), and finally completed his incredible race, breaking 12468 km to Cancun in Mexico in 173 days.
